Onsen was great, and the breakfast was amazing! Room was pretty decent too. The hotel is accessible by bus but that bus' frequency is terrible.

It is a Onsen Hotel. They provide public bath for guest to enjoy. Their room smells smoke, i guess all their rooms are smokable?

Perfect and big room, can sleep 8 persons. Got mount Fuji view. Whole family very love their spa.... Very enjoyable for the stay.... Perfect

Really nice hotel with onsen. Pretty spacious and clean room. There’re some shops and many cafes around, also it’s not to far from Fuji-q highland park and Chureito pagoda. Vsiting onsen is included and onsen is also really nice.

Hotel is good location.It’s near centers of Fuji and there’s many restaurants around there.

Room indicated as 4-6 people, in fact is too small for 4. Hotel staff not really friendly.

This resort inn was fantastic - Room with an extremely clear view of Mt Fuji and outdoor onsen with a Mt Fuji view as well! The sky was clear enough for us to stargaze at night as well, we saw a lot of stars. The onsen entry was unlimited, free entry! We took a lot of onsens because it was so amazing and nice... Honestly, the pictures of the room looks terrifying on any of their booking sites but trust us when we say that the room actually isn't as bad as it looks in the picture... We'd like to think that they just didn't update it. Staff was able to converse to us in english & chinese as well :-) And was very friendly! Located near daiso, 7-11, lawson & a lot of eatery -- you'd be spoiled for choices

We only stayed for one night. The location was very far from the train station, you will need to take a taxi unless you want to walk for 40 minutes. Nearby, there is a Daiso and some small restaurants. The room was very large, there was enough space for three people. We had a very comfortable stay with the large space and amenities. The spa was very good and comfortable. There were a lot of people there. The room was very clean. Overall , would recommend staying here.

Clean and spacious room. Onsen is quite nice. Lots of food choices around the hotel. But bed is too hard !

Room toilet was smelly Bed and Pillow was not confortable.(Very hard)
