The capsule room, toilet, and shower room were all very clean.
They provided free soft drinks, tea, coffee, etc. It was a hot day, so we drank a lot.

I like this place, although it’s quite old with many elderly staying there. All the staffs and cleaners are nice in there. Free drinks for guests and food and titbits are sold there, so very convenient. No fridge btw

You get what you pay for here, cheap and cheerful. The main downside is no shower unless you pay ¥1750 but at that price point you can get a good hotel instead. The bed is quite hard too so not a comfortable sleep, but you can’t complain at the very low price especially if it’s just for a one night stop over. Nearby are most of the additional things you need too as it’s very close to the town centre, which is easily walkable including the train station.

コスパ抜群のカプセルホテルでした。日帰り温泉やフィットネスがある建物の（立体駐車場の1階部分が下にあるので2階というべきかもしれませんが）1階がホテルです。カプセル内の換気扇（排気）の音が大きかったですが、誰かのイビキをかき消してくれたので逆に寝れました。雰囲気はネットカフェに泊るのに近いですが、カプセルだとしっかり横になれます。すでに写真が多く掲載されていますが追加して載せます。
