Every corner of Tenjin~Nakasu~Canal City~Hakada~Just in between!! You can go anywhere comfortably. It seems that there are more people who feel like they are on a light business trip than tourists as if they are locals. If it's EQUAL, I'm really satisfied!! I'm very satisfied!! I wondered if it wouldn't be inconvenient because there was no separate information. When I come to Fukuoka, I definitely come here!! Hotel? It must be comfortable.. But it doesn't feel like a local. !! I was so happy and felt the local properly!! Thank you~~ goom nakasu!!!!!♡

The sink was impeded, dirty water was stucked in the sink. The bed is cheap and terribly uncomfortable. The wood door was broken and could not move smoothly. The toilet machine was broken, the stop button wasn't functioning. I had to unplug the machine in order to stop it

一般的なワンルームマンションの一室です。全てコンパクトに収まっています。価格と立地に関してはとても良かったです。しかし、部屋の清掃に問題があります。滞在中の掃除は無くても良いのですが、元々から清掃が雑みたいで、恐ろしいレベルでブラインドの埃がすごいです。あと、ベッドや棚の下に関しても埃とゴミが恐ろしいくらい積もっていて、見てはいけないものを見てしまった感じでした。ブラインドの上げ下げも埃が舞います。寝ていてもベッドの下の埃やゴミが怖くて眠れませんでした。エアコンも埃が待って体に悪そうなので、寒くても怖くて使えませんでした。シーツとタオルは清潔なんですが。。。食事ができるくらいのテーブルが壁に付けてにありますが、その壁には宿泊客が調理して食べた時のシミがたくさん付いていて不潔に感じました。高齢者やお子さん連れ、アレルギー持ちの方、潔癖な方にはここはおすすめしないです。小さいキッチンと洗濯機もあるので簡単な調理や洗濯ができます。天神、博多駅、キャナルシティにも歩いて行けます。近所に飲食店、コンビニ、スーパー、薬局がたくさんあります。地下鉄の駅も近いです。とても便利な場所です。非喫煙者には全館禁煙というのもポイント高いです。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでした。ゴミ分別は日本人ならば難しくないと思います。宿泊客はお若い韓国人と中国人が多いです。宿泊施設としては価格も比較的お安いので、(埃やゴミ、壁のシミなど)衛生的な問題を敢えて見ない事にできる方には良い宿泊施設と思います。

There was a peculiar smell when entering the room. The room booked was a double bed room. The bed was in poor condition and the headboard rocked back and forth a lot. One side of the mattress was dented in the middle and could not be restored. The outer mattress is divided into two parts (one large and one thin) like a bed. They explained that it was converted from a single bed. There are plastic bags and garbage under the bed. There will be frequent dripping sounds when the air conditioner is turned on for a while.
If you report it to them, you will just say that the whole room is like this.
Never had such an experience. We advise you not to go. Otherwise, it will affect the relationship with fellow travelers.
