Quintessa hotel Hakata is always my first choice. They provides 3 choices of welcome drinks and dark chocolate from afternoon until midnight. The staff is helpful. I'll definitely stay in this hotel during my visit to Fukuoka.

It's close to Hakata Station and luggage storage service is available, so it's a good place to use it the day before departure. There are many restaurants near the accommodation, but the only one that stays open late at night is Tanaka Hormone (~03:00 AM). The room was clean, but there was no bottled water service so you had to purchase it before entering. The front door is locked from 12 PM to 5 AM and you can use your hotel card to enter. We did not use breakfast, but a coffee machine and simple drinks (peach tea, lemonade) were provided, and up to 5 chocolates per person were allowed. I was able to take the amenities freely, and I was especially satisfied with the soft shower towels. What was also impressive was that there was a Bluetooth speaker (photo 3) in the room, so I could connect it and play various natural ASMR, which helped a lot in falling asleep. It's a shame there's no bathtub, but everything else was good. Employees remain on duty even at night to respond to various complaints.

The location is convenient, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the station. Self-service check-in but staff will help. However, the room is a bit small and we cannot open two large rooms for a long time. Overall OK

This hotel is near Hakata Station. It's a one-minute cut to Hakata Isso, a ramen restaurant. Although it is narrow, it is perfect for solo travelers. Use of shower booth

The sanitary condition is really bad. The walls beside the bed are all covered in dust and the toilet is smelly. I won't stay here again.

The hotel is not far from the station and the rooms are clean. It is suitable for those who go shopping in Hakata. The cost is very high.

A very new hotel with good facilities. The lady at the front desk is very kind. It’s about ten minutes’ walk from the JR station. There’s a pair of ramen next to it. But the room is too small. You can’t open a suitcase over 30 inches. It’s a disaster. 😫

The location was a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station and was quiet in an alley. The staff was very responsive and I liked the check-in system through the kiosk. The room was small but had a unique bunk bed. However, the bed on the second floor seemed inadequate for sleeping as it was directly exposed to air conditioning.

I got to the hotel around 11:am and asked the person at front desk if I could have an early check in. I was told check time was 3:00 pm. Hotel has no proper seating so I had to wait 4 hrs at the in-house restaurant. My room was extremly small. Front desk wanted to charge me 3000 yen for an extra key. Stay away.

Surprisingly the bathroom is bigger than others which are usually like a small plastic box. I believe this is the most outstanding point compared with other hotels in the same price range.

The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.
