So amazed by this hotel. Very easy to follow. Very very clean and very nice location

The entrance to Kushida Jinja-mae subway station is right in front of you, so even if it rains, you can use the subway without getting wet. Breakfast is simple but free. The facility is new and I'm happy to be able to freely use the common space near the front desk. There is also a 24-hour supermarket nearby.

One stop from Hakata on the Nanakuma subway line, it's almost right in front of you when you get to the ground level, so it's very accessible! About 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station. It's basically unmanned and I hardly ever meet the staff from check-in to check-out, but I didn't experience any inconvenience and had a very comfortable stay. If I had to pick a drawback, it would be that when I sat on the toilet in my room, the wall in front of me was so close that it was difficult to stand up. I was happy because I didn't expect breakfast to be free for light meals. However, the amount is quite small. The amenities in the room should be enough, but they also have them next to the elevator, so you shouldn't have any problems.

Check out the next day or early I booked it just to sleep. It's close to the station, so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy luggage. The location is also easy to find. It was a self check-in, so I was able to get to my room without meeting anyone. It was a compact room, just enough for sleeping. There is no problem with the airflow of the dryer. There is a convenience store nearby that can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot.

Good location however very basic room and facilities. Very dark decor and bed was a little uncomfortable.

what we liked about this property is the location and privacy but it was our first time to stay in the hotel where no staff were presented. it could be a bit challenging if you need some help urgently. Overall was happy with the property though.

When you propose an unmanned hotel, the very minimum is to have an unbuggued workflow in your check-in system... This is NOT the case ! I was in Hakata. On 3rd floor, 3 tablets for check-in. Bad surprises : - One of the tablet has its speaker damaged, when you call the staff for help, you hardly hear what they say - If you want to pay by credit card, no card reader, it must be done on Internet, BUT when you don't have a sim card, you need WiFi. At the check-in counter, no information about the hotel's WiFi. I finally found it in the waiting room, so I could connect to Internet to pay - On my first stay, I had to scan my passport, that's all. On my second stay, I also had to be video-called by staff for checking identity... Why not the first time ? =＞ Very unclear process - Once you have checked-in, you receive an e-mail giving you the WiFi password. It is said the SSID is the room number, but it's wrong, the SSID was mizuka_Business =＞ Totally confusing - On my 2 stays, I found many hairs from previous customers on the bed and in the bathroom, it seems cleaning is not the strongest point of this hotel. Maybe it's really totally unmanned, even for cleaning staff... - In the room there is a tablet for providing some information (mostly useless) and for checking out. On my second stay, the tablet was buggy and was restarting every 5 minutes. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep in peace without having the screen turning on every 5 minutes... For the same price I can find

The only drawback was that it was difficult to find the hotel, so we had to drive around the area for a while. There was a paid parking lot nearby, so we didn't have to move around much. The reception was unmanned, so we were a little confused, but we were able to get there by using a tablet. The hotel was clean. There was a full-length mirror in the room, but there was no mirror near the bed, and the lighting was dim, so it was a little difficult to get ready. It was quiet, so we had no problems sleeping.

The room is small but clean, and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station downstairs. There is an elevator at the subway exit, which is convenient for pushing suitcases. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Hakata Station, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. Breakfast included (including udon and rice balls) It would be better if the corridor lights could be dimmed a little

It was cheap but comfortable and clean enough. I didn't have any trouble even though there was no staff.

The location is great, right in front of the subway station. It's also good not to meet people at reception etc. The cleanliness of the room is not good. There was only the bare minimum, but it was enough.

It was my first time in an unmanned hotel, but everything went smoothly. I think the free breakfast (udon and grilled rice balls) service is good. I think the green onion condiment was watery because the green onions were soggy, but considering the management and operations, it's acceptable. I thought it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room so it would be empty.
