The location is great, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby. It's very convenient for taking the bus and subway. The Hakata bus stop is within walking distance, providing easy access to many places. The Hakata Underground Shopping Mall is a 10-minute walk away. The room is clean and well-insulated; there are two units per floor. It includes a washer, dryer, large refrigerator, and microwave. Great value for money. (Photos were taken after checking out.)

It's very spacious and has a terrace. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and there's a washing machine and dryer outside. It's a very well-equipped hotel. The price is a steal.

I had to wait about 30 minutes in the first-floor lobby thanks to a foreigner who didn't understand the accommodation tax. Please note that luggage storage is not available. It wasn't particularly inconvenient.

The hotel location is a bit hard to find at first, but the next day I found it to be a shortcut and it was okay - it's very quiet because there are two houses on the same floor, but the elevator is very small. ㅎㅎㅎ There's a 7-Eleven convenience store with a parking lot on the right when you go out, so it's very convenient, and overall it's clean and nice~

The room was okay, but there was no service. They replied via email that they don't provide replacement napkins or toilet paper. I wouldn't recommend staying more than two days.
