There is a big difference from Beppu the night before, after all, one is in the countryside and the other is in a more urban area.
It is very close to the subway station, which is quite convenient, but the room is relatively small. Friends must have two beds when traveling, and one bed is really small.

Quite a convenient location from Hakata Station. Looks very new overall,room was small but clean ands nicely designed. Front desk was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Equipment has nothing to do with it! The room is so small. There is no room for a medium-sized suitcase. Breakfast is more than HK$80 per person but there is nothing to eat.
