The facility is old, but well-maintained and the location is really great. There are many hidden restaurants nearby, a drugstore is close by and the udon restaurant next door is also delicious.

There is a 7-11 opposite the hotel, which is more convenient. It is located at the intersection and is easy to find. The room only has heating but no air conditioning. There is no bottled water supply. Daily necessities are available underground.

The hotel staff was very kind, but the walls in the room were thin and I couldn't sleep at all because I could hear the conversations and snoring of the people next door. The location is good because it's close to Tenjin, Nakasu, and Hakata.
