Location is good however the room wasn't clean as expected from a hotel. The bathroom had hair from a previous guest.

訂了兩間房，一間吸煙房一間禁煙房，店員還奇怪為啥這樣訂。還能是啥理由啊，便宜唄。距離博多車站走路10分鐘，巴士就一站路，旁邊就有便利店。

It is a typical Japanese-style "business hotel," and rooms are small by international standards. However, I did not feel inconvenienced because the facilities are functionally organized. The location was good, less than a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station.
