Location is good however the room wasn't clean as expected from a hotel. The bathroom had hair from a previous guest.

I booked two rooms, one smoking room and one non-smoking room. The clerk was surprised why I booked them this way. What other reason could it be? It was cheap. It's a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, one bus stop away, and there is a convenience store next to it.
