I stayed here for one night while sightseeing in Fukuoka. Hotel prices around Hakata Station are quite high due to inbound demand, so a friend from Fukuoka recommended this hotel in Hakata Ward, which is not far from the center. In fact, since it is close to Fukuoka Airport, I was a little concerned about the noise, but the hotel room was sealed so it didn't bother me at all. The rooms are equipped with the bare minimum, so there are no problems. It seemed like we could use a nearby hot spring at a partner company, but the receptionist didn't give us very good directions, so we didn't use it. I looked for a place to have dinner in the area, and although there were some, I decided on a Chinese restaurant that was a little far away. Breakfast was a buffet starting at 6:30 a.m. As you can see in the photo, there were many Japanese dishes, and I was very satisfied. It's only about 3 JR stops from Hakata Magai Station, so you can save a lot on hotel costs, so it's highly recommended!

Perhaps due to the nationwide travel support, people in Fukuoka on weekends tend to become hotel refugees. If you don't make your reservations well in advance, the only options left are luxury hotels, and you may have no choice but to choose a capsule. This time, I checked the reservation site to see if there was a last-minute cancellation, and there was an opening here. I was hesitant about the age, the location in Minami Fukuoka, etc., but I still thought it would be better than a capsule, which turned out to be a great decision for me.
