從博多駅走路我概5分鐘 是很方便 經常購物後返回酒店擺放
但最大缺點是房間面對鐵路 即使住在11樓層亦鐵路行駛聲音相當清晰 如果怕嘈吵要留意

位置離博多站約6分鐘，沿路有3分1路程係露天，落雨就比較唔方便；自助區有剃鬚膏提供，非常加分；睡房比較細，但廁所乾濕分離又夠大；窗外係鐵路但不影響睡眠質素；每日都有兩枝水fill。

衛生，服務好，就算貼了不打掃也會放一袋補充品在門口，例如水、茶包、咖啡包、毛巾等
走去博多站也只要8分鐘左右
只是房間比較小，打開行李箱就沒位置走了

地理位置尚算可以，博多站西24出口行過去會近好多，自助check in / out 操作方便，房間大細喺日本嚟講都算係咁上下，唔係太細，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，應該有嘅全部都有，總結嚟講係舒適嘅

酒店距離JR站24出口約5分鐘步程, 房間不是很大, 但沖涼房很大, 房位處高層，即使離火車路軌很近，嘈音也不會影響睡眠。靠近博多站購物區, 非常方便。
