飯店離博多站大約走5~7分鐘，很近。
附近有LAWSON & 7-11還有很多厲害餐廳，EX:佐賀牛燒肉 肉いち
適合第一次來福岡還不太清楚交通的人，可以選這間，價格也不貴。
最推的是房間的乾濕分離，雖然房間小小的，但有乾濕分離就加超多分。
房內可以看 youtube & Netflix。
唯一缺點是飯店離鐵軌很近，所以晚上都會聽到火車移動的聲音。

從博多駅走路我概5分鐘 是很方便 經常購物後返回酒店擺放
但最大缺點是房間面對鐵路 即使住在11樓層亦鐵路行駛聲音相當清晰 如果怕嘈吵要留意
