I ordered an ice cream sold in this lobby. There are many payment amounts displayed, and we point out the mistakes. Then I was told that I could not cancel because I had already cut the card by mistake. (In the first place, the ice cream itself hadn't been made yet.) It's troublesome, but I should have been able to cancel with a credit card, and there should have been a way to get a refund in cash, but I was stuck with "I can't do it"... It was a new lady with an in-training badge. Did you not learn it in training, or did you forget it, or did you just say "I'm sorry, I can't do it" because it's troublesome? There was a person at the front desk, but he didn't go to ask. If you don't know, at least I wanted you to talk to someone. Every time I look back on my fun trip, I remember this incident and feel sad.

The location is the strongest, so it's the second time I've used it since the year before last. The beach is just a stone's throw away. The sea is also beautiful, so it's too great for this point. About facilities. The air conditioning in the room is not working at all on a midsummer day over 37°. After using the hot spring, I was sweating like a waterfall, and it didn't make sense to take a bath. Inside the building, air conditioning is only working in the 1st floor lobby, and the corridors on each floor are like saunas. Whether it's a cheap or bad facility, the whole building should be air-conditioned. In addition, although the adverti*****t advertises "fresh seafood," it is not fresh at all, and I was stunned by the high rate of use of frozen food. Don't expect convenience store lunch boxes to be overwhelmingly delicious. Overall the lowest cost performance. 👎

20 meters away under the window overlooking the room was the Genkai Sea's blue sea and pure white waves.The soft sound of the sea that could be heard all the way to the room was a blissful time that made you forget about your daily life.
