The location is first-class. There are welcome drinks and coffee. The room is relatively small and the hygiene is so-so. The toilet smells and the pajamas are dusty.

It was a bad experience for my 3 nights stay at this Oriental Hotel. The air condition was very weak. I turned down the temperature to 19c high cool but still very weak. I voiced out the air conditioning problem at the front desk at about 9:30am April 19 in the morning. The front desk lady said she will follow up. I came back to the hotel at about 11:15pm and we found out the room temperature was still too warm for us. We were very tired and give up to voice out again. No one from the hotel gave us a response. It was a bad experience to spend 3 nights triple-bed room at this hotel.

I changed my reservation to Hakata Station Oriental Hotel temporarily. The triple room was a bit small. It was a double room with a small bed added. The room was too small and I couldn't even open the suitcase. The room price was high, but the location was great, just to the left of the Chikushi Exit of JR Hakata. The pillow was too hard and I couldn't sleep well all night. I won't stay here again when I come to Hakata.

Although the open wash basin and dressing table are pretty good, the garbage on the 11th floor and other places in the elevator has been left there for two days and two nights. No one cleans it.
