場所は駅から少し離れてますが、近くにコンビニ、飲食店があり困りませんでした。ホテルにマッサージもあり帰ってマッサージを、受けれたのも良かったです。

Convenient location, but room was extremely small.. which was expected. Room was too small and we had to take turn to pack our luggage on the bed instead.
Reception was understaffed (only 1 lady during check in) which explains why the service was not great. I asked where could I unload my luggage first and she did not understand me. I asked her for a complimentary carpark coupon because I only needed to unload my bags, but was ignored. I ended up paying almost ~1000Y for 15 min. There is no drop off area/lobby for the drop off. Hotel provides free soba and sake.
Convenient location - basement was linked to airport express. Since it was just for 1 night, we just rested and set off early the next morning.

Go out of the Shizuo Exit, it's right next to Hakata Station, there's a Starbucks next to it, it's super convenient, I'll keep booking next time, it's very convenient to go shopping and eat, there's free snacks in the lobby at regular intervals, it's very user-friendly, the service attitude is also very good, except the room is a little small, everything else is good

交通非常方便，地鐵通道直達不用淋雨，去扳機非常近，普通房比較小，大行李箱基本展不開，衞生間下水堵了不過好在很快換了房間，櫻花季的確價格比較貴沒辦法，早餐豐富好評！
