寝室部からトイレや風呂の水回りへのアクセスが共用廊下部(靴を履かねばならない)を通らなければならずすごく不便だった。夜目が覚めてトイレに行く人は厄介。

博多區塊位置佳，旅館出門左邊對面巷子直沖即可進入百貨逛街及穿越地鉄，JR，新幹線，高速巴士站，非常方便，公眾澡堂三温暖，一個字棒，入住體驗唯一遺憾就是行李櫃位小，無法置入行李箱，行李衹能置存一樓吧枱，不過會提供一個行李袋，方便衣物存放，整體入住體驗OK
