The bed was hard with no mattress pad. I wasn't happy with the cleanliness; the table was dirty, and the sofa was stained. On the plus side, there's a 24-hour supermarket nearby and it's close to the station. You get what you pay for.

After reading the reviews, I brought my own Quickle Wiper to clean the place. I was pretty shocked to find the futon in the loft was dirty, just as others had mentioned. I ended up using a less dirty futon just to get some sleep. The access is really good, so I guess you might overlook the cleanliness if the price is right, but I definitely won't be staying here again.

The location was great, close to the station, and I could walk to Hakata Station in about 15 minutes. It's a duplex, and while the heating on the lower level wasn't great, I still had a good rest.

The room overall was nice, the second floor was quite usable. But it wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the BUGS, real bedbugs, which you wouldn't notice right away because the floor, ceiling, and wall coverings were brown (the walls were beige wallpaper). The fact that bedbugs were normal there was evidence of insect "killing" and a can of insecticide (aerosol). Also, speaking of cleaning, there wasn't any, especially in hard-to-reach places. There was a toothbrush lying between the sink and the washing machine (the washing machine worked conditionally, resetting modes, and the spin cycle didn't work). So, to put it mildly, staying there was uncomfortable, and I had to move to another hotel, of which there are plenty in the area (the closest one is "APA"). The hotel's location is no problem (5' and you're at the station, go wherever you want 😁)

It's a great value accommodation!! However, the duplex is too dangerous for young children because the railing is low. ㅠㅠ Other than that, everything else was great!! The cleanliness isn't great though.

It was good because it was cheap and could accommodate four people. It was self-check-in, so there were some inconveniences, such as no luggage storage and no immediate response if a problem arose.

It was great that it was close to the places I wanted to go, but unfortunately the room smelled like sewage.
