The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station. The room was small but clean and tidy. The service was good, and the amenities provided were comprehensive and convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Everything was great, exceeding our expectations. The only minor issue was not being able to call an Uber from the hotel, so we had to ask the front desk to call an airport taxi, which was quite expensive. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Good location, room is quite small but sufficient for two people with one big luggage and one carry on luggage. Any bigger extra luggage will have inadequate space for access. Good noise blocking even though our room was in front of elevator.

Hotel location is strategic as it is very close to Hakata train station. Hotel also consider clean. There are plenty of restaurants around there.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from JR Fukuoka Station. The lobby is on the second floor, and check-in is self-service. The hotel also offers convenient self-service luggage storage. The rooms are a bit small. There's a lively Christmas market near Hakata Station right now.
