I decided to try staying here as it was a hot topic on social media.
There was a shelf in the room, but it was dusty, probably because it wasn't cleaned properly. Whenever I put something down, dust got on it as if it hadn't been wiped off.
The bath didn't drain well and it was difficult to drain.
Above all, the receptionist's explanation was monotone and unkind. Comparing it to various other accommodations, it felt more businesslike than hospitable.
The loud voices from next door were also noisy. I think it can't be helped due to the architecture.
In the end, even though it has a stylish feel, it's just a cheap business hotel.

I visited on foot from Tenjin Station. The location is good and I think it's a perfect place for sightseeing.

I think the location is good as it is near Nakasu and near the subway station.
I think it depends on the direction of the room, but the room in the building next door is dark.
The room may have a unique interior design, but it was difficult to use.
