The location is very central, making it convenient to walk to restaurants. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, and you can walk a few minutes to the original Ichiran ramen shop. However, it's also very close to the red-light district. On the bright side, in just a few minutes walk you can enjoy Fukuoka's famous street food stalls (yatai). The hotel room is spacious, and the bathroom is also large. It's probably the most satisfying bathroom I've had in Fukuoka.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are relatively bigger compared to hotels in the area. Cleanliness level is good and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s nice to have the complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks (Japanese tea) after check in.

Location of hotel convenient. Near to Tenjin and Hakata station, within 15 mins walk. Also near to the Yatai food stall. Hotel come with self service laundry machine. Breakfast is good with enough variety for a 6 days stay.

Good location and friendly staff. The room is clean. Pro: bedroom and washroom are separated. Con: no free storage for luggage.

Facilities: Decent enough. Cleanliness: Pretty clean room. Environment: Generally okay. Service: A bit lacking. Overall, it was just average. The room was a bit cramped, and breakfast had to be eaten at the neighboring Palace Hotel, which was quite inconvenient.

room is large and spacious as in Japan it is rarely has such big room size. location a little bit tricky, but still acceptable and walkable to major shipping area

Modern hotel, twin beds were bugger than usual. Interesting room layout, making optimum space for beds and bathrooms. In between Tenjin and Hakata, if you don't mind waking 1km radius, access to both areas. Even though 2 per a room, the hotel involve willing to give one access card, which was unusual and inconvenient. Due to location, not convenient to go airport by public train.

The room had a sticky wet stuff on the floor  The staff  tried to clean  it with machine and they gave me a towel to cover.  The staff did great trying to help us .  I just wish they put me on the same area with my family since I booked 3 rooms and the room should have been cleaned prior to check in.  The staff was very helpful

Spacious room and a convenience store located inside the hotel, which was very convenient during our stay. Wide variety of breakfast options.

Located very near the nakasu stalls and canal city. 7 eleven is right beside. Room is modern and well furnished and hotel serves free tea and snacks everyday. However, the staff during check in did not give us a good vibe when we posted questions. The cleaning crew also did not clear trash on one of the days. Finally, parking is expensive at 2500 yen per night excluding tax.

There was no phone number and I couldn't contact the front desk from my room, so if I had a question I had to go all the way to the reception on the ground floor. Also, when I asked if I could leave my suitcase at the reception, they recommended a coin locker. Even though they didn't seem to offer a suitcase storage service, the price was the same as other hotels. I could have just stayed at another regular hotel. Also, the station was not nearby, so I had to walk more than 15 minutes.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with convenient transportation links and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The two beds could be pushed together, which was perfect for our family of four. We had some incredible fresh, live squid at a restaurant near the hotel; the squid strips were prepared as tempura and it was absolutely delicious! We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Fukuoka!
