I was really satisfied with the location and I was also very satisfied with the park I could see from my room. It was even better because I was able to see the late-blooming cherry blossoms right before they all fell!
Breakfast was smaller than expected and there was less food! It changes a little bit every day. It's okay if you want a light breakfast.
Please note that there are many restaurants nearby. I am satisfied enough to want to use it again next time.

This is a recommended hotel that I often stay at, and I often use it when I have plans to go to Hakataza, but it's also conveniently located for going anywhere. The subway is convenient, Nakasu is nearby, and you can walk to Kushida Shrine. I also appreciate the friendly staff.
This was my first time having breakfast, and I was very satisfied with the variety of dishes and the mild flavors. I will stay here again.
