Good location and good service . Especially I like breakfast here.

Room has space for beds only and no space for opening luggage. No exaggerating here. Room is good for one night stay as a transit where you don’t open luggage and then move out next day kind. Long stay is not encouraged. Other reviews saying same thing is true.

Decent room. Proximity to the city center is a plus. Breakfast is nice.

I stayed 1 night when arrived and another night few days later. I would keep my big luggage in hotel as it would be easier to move around. The hotel staff refused!

酒店離藥院二號出口約3-4分鐘路程，附近離天神，博多等大型商場，景點十分方便。酒店房間較大，服務同衛生唔錯，唯房間冷氣機較嘈，有一點影響睡眠，整體來講都唔錯👍

Shadian is located in the city center. It takes about six minutes to walk to the subway station (pharmacy and machi), convenience stores and supermarkets. There are a small number of paid parking spaces in Shadian for 1100¥. The buffet breakfast is rich and cost-effective.

As soon as I entered the room and closed the door, I found garbage left by the previous guest behind the door. Then I cleaned up the food packaging and beer cans and put them outside. Then I opened the refrigerator and found that there was ice cream left by the previous group. These two things made me feel that they were not cleaned at all. I was very disappointed and did not understand why I could do this. mistake. There were rubbish left behind the door. Also there were some ice cream left in the fridge. Feels like they didn’t take the job seriously at all. Very Disappointed.

The location is very good, near the Pill Station, and there are convenience stores and McDonald's nearby. And there is a parking space at the door, where you can park for a short time. There are also many eateries and restaurants nearby.

The location is great, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean and I will definitely use it again when I'm in Fukuoka.
