At the time of check-in, the response of the tablet was bad and it took a long time. The most troublesome thing was when I went out at night and came back, the panel for entering the PIN on the entrance door did not recognize the 4-digit number (no matter how many times I pressed it, the number could not be entered), so I called the emergency trouble phone on the door. While I was doing that, another customer came out from inside to go out, so I went inside with a change. When this person came back, I was worried that he would not be able to enter again. I think it's a problem with the unmanned front desk. I would like you to perform regular maintenance and checks on the electrical system, panels and tablets. Also, there were 2 masks left in the room from previous guests. I think it's very unsanitary and a big problem during this corona time. Cleaning is basic, so I would like the room cleaning staff to raise their awareness. No matter how good the room is, the cleaning method will give a bad impression in one shot. Room size and facilities were good.
