位置不錯，距離車站和旅遊景點都很近，衛生尚算不錯，但是有以下幾個問題。
1. 沒有前台，需要自己透過酒店iPad辦理入住手續，指示不清晰，幾個人搞了半小時才完成登記。遇到問題也沒有前台可以協助。
2. 浴室排水不暢通，水有時會倒流到洗手間外面。
3. Wi-Fi 很慢，晚上YouTube只能看480P。
4. 室內溫度難以調節，暖氣太暖又無法把溫度調低。
5. 基本沒有景觀可言，房間只有一扇窗戶，但是面向另一棟樓的牆壁，可謂密不透風。
6. 住了5天也沒有人打掃，不知道是否正常。但是因為沒有人清理垃圾，導致室內垃圾堆積，也沒有提供垃圾袋。廁所也開始變髒，還要我們自己清潔。
結論：只有位置不錯，性價比一般。

호텔 체크인 시스템이 불편했고 모르는 다른 그룹들도 테블릿으로 체크인 하는것에 상당히 당황하더군요.프론트도 따로 없고 물론 직원도 모습이ㅜ안보임. ㅠ
내부 시설도 좀 이상하고 청소 상태 별로 난방기기(에어컨)시끄러워서ㅠ잠이 안옴.
그런데 숙박비는 왜 이렇게 비싸죠,?
두번은 가고싶지 않음.

아이들이 너무 좋아했어요. 워터파크, 인니피니풀 모두 온수풀이라 좋았습니다. 4인가족 2가족이 패밀리오션뷰룸 2개 예약했고, 자쿠지도 있어 좋았어요. 테라스에서 바라다 보이는 뷰는 정말 끝내줬고, 방도 넓은데 아쉬운 점을 굳이 꼽자면 화장실이 1개라는 점? 그래두 다음에는 꼭 2박하자며 애들과 또 오기로 약속함. ㅎ 소문 난 조식 맛집이라 기대가 커서인지, 소문보단 조식은 애들이 약간 실망했어요. 뷔페는 나트랑 스완도르리조트가 짱이었던 듯.
