有點小插曲，酒店沒有前台服務，提早到達酒店不可行李寄存，必須等到三點才能checkin , 而且酒店亦沒有入住前發電郵提示及指引，令到入住時非常混亂，但值得欣賞是酒店房間設施，配套各樣設備齊全嘅，洗衣機及廚房用品非常齊全。

La peor experiencia con un alojamiento que he tenido en mi vida, no se nos dieron instrucciones para poder hacer el check in aún solicitándolas insistentemente, lo único que hacían era mandarnos un enlace de internet que no funcionaba, estuvimos a punto de quedarnos en la calle después de 30 horas de viaje, una vergüenza. Señores las condiciones de entrada a un alojamiento no pueden d**** el último día a última hora, gracias a una familia japonesa que nos ayudó para poder contactar con el alojamiento.
Muy mal, así no se hacen las cosas

お部屋の清潔さは良かった！
ただ部屋に入ってブレーカーが落ちていたので、中に入って30分くらい照明もつけれずエアコンも入らず寒くて辛かったです…
部屋のタブレットのバッテリーもなくてチェックインも出来なく結局電話して、色々大変でした…
このアクシデントが無ければ大変満足でした！
