하카타 근처에만 묵다가 처음 텐진근처로 숙소를 잡았는데
짧은 일정일수록 텐진이 편리하다는 느낌을 받았습니다
1박뿐이어서 아쉬웠고 호텔위치가 미나미 텐진과 나카스 카와바타의 중간이라 짐을 끌고 움직이기 좀 불편했어요
만약 저희처럼 도보로 움직이실거라면 미나미텐진에서 내리시는 편이 좋습니다
외국계 체인이라서 그런지 방이 일본숙소답지않게 넓은 편이에요
침구도 좋고, 그 와중에도 일본에 있는 호텔이라 잠옷도 상태가 좋았습니다
룸 카드키가 없으면 늦은 시간에는 호텔에 아예 못 들어오는 것도 맘에 들었어요

그골목 쪽에 여러군데 가봤는데 일본치고 방도넓구 깨끗하고 좋아요 조식은 안먹어서 모르겠고 다시가면 또 여기로 올것같아요 호텔앞에 먹을곳이 많고 도로가로 나오면 편의점3분컷 이고 도로건너면바로
하카타 가는 버스있고 텐진백화점 이랑 캐널시티 다 도보로 갠춘

何度も利用しているホテルですが、今回はとても残念な点がありました。
夜の時間帯のカウンターの男性の対応が非常に雑で驚きと不快感を感じました。
まず1階に降りて行った際、先に対応していた海外の方への対応からとても失礼でした。面倒くさそうに爪で机をずっと叩いていたり、言葉使いや口調もとても接客業をしている人が発するような言葉ではありませんでした。
私自身に対しても、連泊であったためタオルを受け取りに行くと、何枚ですか？と聞かれ一瞬返事を迷っていると、「もういいです。2組用意します。」と、さっさと倉庫の方に行かれました。
今考えても、非常に気分が悪いです。
元々接客が丁寧なホテルではなかったので、特にホテルの方に何も求めていませんでしたが、あそこまで態度が悪いのは信じられません。
こちらがお金を払って嫌な思いをする必要は無いので、こちらはもう今後利用することは無いです。
