Grand Base Hakata Bay

I had a little trouble checking in, but they were very polite. It was fun because there was a big TV ^^ The bed was also bigger than I expected. I took two buses from Hakata Station. The location is vague as it was quite a walk from the nearest bus station.

ㄱSSrgl. I made a reservation and went unattended; I need to enter a password, but the password has been emailed to me. I never received it. I searched all the spam boxes. In the meantime, Koreans went out and entered the hotel. I went in and was told to do a qr to check in. I was told to enter the reservation number, but the reservation number did not come by email. So I called and contacted a Japanese university student. I can't speak Japanese. Calling out every single spelling and wasting time. After finding out the reservation number and entering it, QR. When you enter the QR link, you enter the card number? Why are you entering your credit card number? Once you enter the card and withdraw the money, they say that they will refund it, so you enter it, withdraw the money, and get a refund... . After that, it's been over an hour since I arrived. It was a waste of time, I was annoyed, and I was frustrated. Please make a reservation here By location, narrow accommodation, towel refills? & no room cleaning If possible considering everything

住宅街にありますので静かでよかったです マリンメッセへのアクセスも良好で助かりました

飲食店は10分程歩かないと少ないが、周辺にコンビニがあるので助かった。 部屋は連泊すると清掃がないので、それを承知で宿泊するなら問題ないと思う。 テレビもYouTubeやNetflixなど見れてすごいと思った。 次回泊まる時は大人数で泊まれる4階の部屋に泊まってみたいです。

I encountered a problem on the day of check in! Overall satisfied

４泊の滞在で概ね快適でした。駐車場も近く便利です。次回も５泊で予約しています。今回は入室後にテーブルがベタベタしていたこととソファ下にペットボトルなどがあったので次回はないといいなと思います。また、浴槽のお湯が中々抜けませんでした。お部屋も広く洗濯機もあることから長期滞在向けでもあると思うので有料でもいいので掃除機のレンタルがあると衛生的です。調理器具もお鍋１つではなくフライパンもあるといいなと思いました。要望はいくつかありましたが次回もこちらへ宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
