Even though we booked for 5 people, there were only 3 toothbrushes as amenities. It would have been nice if they provided room wear. The shower was weak and took a long time.

I stayed here for 2 nights with a friend. In conclusion, I will never use it again.
I made a reservation because I liked the fact that 5 people could stay in the same room, but when I entered the room, there were only 2 double beds, 4 slippers, and towels for 3 people. I thought I might have been directed to the wrong room, so I tried calling on the tablet in the room, but no calls were made and my chats were ignored.
So I called them from my cell phone and they told me that there was an extra bed and I wanted them to set it up themselves, that there were only slippers for the number of people in a double bed, and that I wanted them to get towels from the box placed above the entrance. However, there was no communication or explanation about this at the time of reservation.
Also, the person on the other end of the phone didn't apologize at all and seemed like a pain in the ass, which made me feel bad.
In addition, the official website states, ``Please arrive between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM when the front staff is on duty to check in. (Excerpt)'' However, it is an unmanned hotel, and the entrance passcode and ID that were supposed to be sent in advance are errors. Because of this (or so I was told), I was not sent home and had to call in front of the hotel.
Even though we paid for 5 people, we had to set up our own beds without any explanation, and we didn't have any supplies.It's the worst.
