The room is very large and spacious. Before check-in, you will be informed of the lobby password and pre-chick in information by email. If you fill it out in advance, you can save the time of filling in the information on the Ipad after you arrive. After entering the lobby, use the ipad to chick in. There are English, Japanese and Chinese options. , basically click OK to the next step. There is a step in the middle where you have to pay Fukuoka tax. You can swipe your card, Apple Pay, or pay in cash. You will have a video call with the hotel staff. After paying the tax, click Next and the room number and room will appear. password to complete the check-in procedure.

First of all, it's a great place for a family of four to stay.
It has a separate sofa and table as well as a bed, so it's great for a quick meal or for the kids to play. There are also places to visit nearby (Sinsa, Canal City, etc.) and it is close to restaurants and the station, making it convenient for transportation.

Not being able to find any traditional ryokan in the city of Fukuoka/Hakata, we booked a two-bedroom, one-bath apar**ent in Hakata. The place was very clean and comfortable, and even came with a washing machine (which we didn't need to use). Other than no closets or dressers, the apar**ent served us very well; it was spacious (much more so than the typical apar**ent that one rents in Japan), and was conveniently located to the main street that led to Hakata JR Station. Access to the building was controlled by an entry code keypad, so there was that level of added security. Highly recommended.
