Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, efficient service, and a quiet environment. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small; once you open your suitcase, it's hard to walk around.

Facilities: Aside from the great location, the facilities are pretty average. There's no hot spring bath, and very few shared amenities.
Cleanliness: Generally good, the cleaning staff seemed quite diligent.
Environment: It's a standard star-rated hotel environment, nothing extraordinary, but perfectly fine.
Service: Very good. They helped me rebook my dinner reservation, changing the time and number of guests.
Overall, the hotel is still quite expensive. The Ritz-Carlton next door is probably 10,000 a night, while we paid 2,000-3,000 a night. The location is super easy to find, right above the subway exit. I feel like there might be more suitable hotels, especially for families with kids.

We felt the overall service of your hotel is average, reasons being:
We brought few personal wears knowing there are laundry and dryer machines are available when we carefully considered and then made booking for our stay at your hotel, but was extremely disappointed to find the machines have odour smell, dirty and mouldy. We have no choice and have to incur extra money to buy some personal wears.
The room toilet bowl warmer was not working when we checked-in and had to made a call to reception desk to have it fixed, as we always believed it’s general hygiene matter for every Japanese hotels.
Bottled waters was not provided on one of the days of our stay.
There were stains near the coffee machine area.
Our expectation of your hotel service and cleanliness level was below our expectations.
We hope you could improve on it.

Not bad at all! It's right next to the subway and bus stations, and within a 10-minute walk to Tenjin shopping district. The room itself is also good, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. It was very quiet at night, so I slept really well. 👍

The room was excellent - clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The floor didn't really matter; there wasn't much of a view from the 11th floor anyway. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very thoughtful. The location is fantastic; you can walk to many attractions, and it's right by a subway entrance. The airport line gets you to the airport in just 15 minutes.

Excellent, very new hotel. The subway entrance is right outside. It's only a 10-minute walk from Tenjin shopping street. There's also a fantastic old-school coffee shop nearby, which was a pleasant surprise. I'd definitely book this hotel again next time.
