The room was nice, and the whole hotel had a great design aesthetic. The room itself was quite clean and spacious, and it even had a bathtub. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the subway station, but there were plenty of food options right outside the hotel.

This was the most disappointing hotel of the trip. The housekeeping was very perfunctory; they didn't even bother to throw away used face towels, and my clothes weren't folded. It felt like nothing was cleaned except the bed. The breakfast was good though. Many of the staff were South Asian, and I felt like they didn't understand English very well.

The architecture has an exotic flair, and the service was good too. However, there were no Japanese staff members at the hotel; everyone was from Southeast Asia.

I was disappointed to find a cockroach in my room during my stay. Having to deal with and kill it myself was both unpleasant and unacceptable. This experience significantly affected my comfort and raised concerns about the hotel’s overall cleanliness and pest control measures.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend staying here when you're in Fukuoka; the design is incredible. It has a post-modern style, and you could spend ages just taking photos around the hotel. The rooms are decorated in calming, natural colors. I'm completely in love with it! The Grand Hyatt can't even compare; it's miles apart.

Excellent hotel stay, beautiful hotel exteriro andlobby, good sized room with huge bathtub - highly recommended! Room comes with daily breakfast and evening 5-7pm lounge service - great food and drinks. Within walking distance to all major zones - Kushida Shrine, Canal City, Tenjin, Hakata.

I came to Fukuoka and was deciding between the Grand Hyatt and IL Palazzo, considering my budget. After reading online reviews, I decisively chose this place, and it turns out I made the right choice. The location is super convenient; Canal City Hakata is just a 10-15 minute walk away, and there are many dining options nearby. The hotel's decor is very unique, with a bold use of bright colors. After staying in many business-style hotels, it was refreshing to experience something so different. The room type I picked was super spacious – easily enough room to spread out three suitcases. Plus, it had a wet and dry separation bathroom and a huge round bathtub. They even provided two sets of amenities. Every day from 5-7 PM, there's an alcohol buffet with unlimited drinks. The breakfast the next day was also very rich. Overall, I highly recommend it!

It’s between 2 subway line. Around 15 mins walk with luggage. Everything was good, the only thing is that the lounge service. We booked because it shown free drinks and snacks all day but when we arrived, then found out the lounge service only available 5-7pm daily as they changed their rules and regulation. Overall the room is clean and spacious

We had an absolute great time staying at this hotel, the entrance was mindblowing and cool, and the interior was very nicely designed. Hotel room was quite huge for Japan standards as well, and the toilet was very spacious. Generally everything was also super clean, so we have no complains!
