Location of the hotel is great. Located in a prime area. Room needs to be improved and renovated including the walls.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in Japan.
From the moment I entered the property, everything already felt outdated and poorly maintained. The towels provided were old and worn out, something you would never expect from a hotel in Japan where cleanliness is usually a priority. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and it felt like every request was an inconvenience to them.
The entire place has a strong, unpleasant smell—all floors smell like cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable to stay inside the building. The elevator is extremely old and feels unsafe and unreliable. On top of that, they do not offer free luggage storage, which almost all hotels in Japan provide as a basic courtesy.
The room itself is shockingly small, even compared to the standard compact size of typical Japanese hotels. The space is cramped to the point that moving around becomes inconvenient and uncomfortable.
Overall, this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in Japan. Poor facilities, terrible smell, unfriendly staff, outdated amenities, and extremely limited space. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for two nights right after landing in Fukuoka, and even as a solo traveler, the room felt incredibly cramped. I quickly switched hotels on the third day.
The room was tiny and dated, giving off a vibe reminiscent of a guesthouse from the last century. You basically stepped out of the door and were immediately at the bed. My suitcase could only perch precariously on a folding luggage rack.
The cleanliness was mediocre. The bathroom seemed quite clean and looked like it had been thoroughly scrubbed, but the room walls were very dirty with black marks. It wasn't until I opened my suitcase and its wheels rubbed against the wall that I realized where those black marks came from.
Even though it was a non-smoking floor, the air in the room wasn't great. After just one night, my tonsils became inflamed. Those with sensitivities should definitely avoid this place.
Toiletries and bathrobes were self-service in the lobby downstairs. The small packets of toner and lotion were surprisingly good, and the compressed exfoliating mitt was also quite useful. Drinking water wasn't provided, but there was a self-service laundry room.
The hotel's location is pretty good, though. Le Labo is directly across the street, and there are many trendy shops and restaurants nearby. Tenjin shopping district is also within walking distance. It was quite cheap when I booked it, so I won't complain too much. It's suitable for backpackers.

Great location, but a bit far from the station. Overall, it's good value for money. The hotel is a bit old, but it's fine since we only slept there and didn't spend much time inside.
Across the street is a Chrome Hearts store, but they didn't have much in stock, so it wasn't very interesting. Next door is my favorite clothing store – absolutely fantastic!

Great location and very convenient for getting around, with lots of shops and food nearby. However, the facilities are quite basic, and the service and cleanliness were just average. Overall, okay for the location, but not much else stood out.

This hotel has a 24 h front service. The room was clean and air-conditioned. Bonus that it is really close to Tenjin station, so I got lots of options for food and shopping.

Location is near shopping areas , restaurants and cafes but it’s a bit far from the subway station. The room is a bit old and not that clean. There’s no seating area at the lobby which is weird for me.

The location is very nice but not recommended for 3+ days of travel as the room won’t be cleaned daily, and only towels will be changed.
