交通便利，離博多站三站地鐵，七隈線渡邊通地鐵站出來就是，附近有全家和711。離西鐵葯院站也不遠，步行即可，去太宰府天滿宮很方便。去天神商圈步行可到，也可以坐一站地鐵。樓背面不臨街的低樓層有點超，外部機器的嗡嗡聲，後來給換了正門臨街的房間，非常安靜，景觀也不錯。房間設施比較舊，但是維護得不錯。插座有點少。有提供棉質浴衣。贈送掛耳咖啡和護膚小樣套裝。日式早餐餐廳在頂樓，景觀不錯。西式在一樓，也有日式餐食提供，但是沒有現磨咖啡。總之還是挺滿意的。

講真，心裏有準備是個很陳舊的酒店，但也真的想不到這麼舊。床品很不舒服被套不是棉質的 需要隔着一層床單睡，床也很小，枕頭挺舒服。洗澡的花灑固定的位置不是太高就太低不知道怎麼洗。房間的usb口就一個還是壞的。地理位置是很好了地鐵口出來就是但晚上週圍除了便利店也就沒其他的了。總之慎入吧
