Great hotel. Good for a family holiday. Close to the seaside park. Reservation required for restaurants. Night pool only available to adults. Free shuttle bus between the hotel and Hearts Bus Station Hakata. Swimming ring JPY 3000, sandals JPY 2000.

Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, but the hotel is looking a bit tired (compared to 10 years ago when we stayed previously). Lighting in rooms is poor and the beds are simply old and worn out. Shuttle bus into Hakata is useful but the schedule is pretty limited and whilst the railway across the road is an alternative, there probably are better options closer to town.

A beach getaway that felt incredibly relaxing! It's conveniently located right next to an aquarium and a water park. Dinner at the Western restaurant was truly unforgettable. And the hot spring (onsen) truly elevated the hotel's Japanese-style ambiance.

The breakfast spread was quite generous, featuring milk and even sparkling wine. While the carpets in the public areas had a noticeable, unpleasant odor, the carpets in the rooms were thankfully fine. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the beach. However, the beach itself was quite littered. On a positive note, the hotel's expansive lawn was a standout feature. My east-facing room offered lovely views of the sunrise.
