Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata

The room was very small and the ceiling quite low, it felt claustrophobic. The floor carpet was full of dirty and stains and the toilet didn’t flush. Our room was facing the rail deposit so it was quite loud all night. An experience very unpleasant, specially for the price we paid. Avoid it!

I had a pleasant stay at Nishitetsu Croom Hakata. The location is a major highlight—just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. I liked the concept of selecting amenities yourself from the lobby, which feels efficient and eco-friendly. However, there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, and I noticed that shower caps were not available at the pick-up point either. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well-located—ideal for travelers who prioritize convenience.

Staff is very helpful always very polite and friendly. Room is really small. No room service unless put a sign on the door. Missed two days room cleaning. Public hot spring is very clean and peaceful. Very good location, just several minutes walk to bus station, rail and Shinkansen.

Good location near Hakata station, but room a bit old, hygiene need to be improved

Service is great. Convenient location and the onsen facility is a plus. Easy access to everywhere by bus or underground. Room is a little bit small and if you have more than one suitcase , difficult to accommodate
