It is best recommended for solo travelers. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and full of amenities. The location is near the subway and city centre, e.g., Hakata for accessing the train or bus by using a tourist pass, and Tenjin for shopping or eating.

博多駅から少し離れますが、どこに行くにもアクセスのいいロケーションです。お部屋は広くは無いですが、ベットは広く快適でした
ポットの蓋のパッキンがついていなかったため、沸騰後もずっと沸かしっぱなしになりました。やけどの原因にもなるので改修して欲しいです

I have a tidy personality and am a bit sensitive, so I thought a lot about choosing this hotel, but it was perfect! The facilities were nice and clean, they changed towels and water every day, and the hotel staff were friendly. Is it a newly built building? I'm not sure, but the toilets and beds were clean anyway. Next time I travel again, I want to go here.
The location is also convenient as there is a bus right in front of Hakata Station and Tenjin Station, and the taxi fare to the airport is a little over 2,000 yen, so it was really convenient.
