It is a well-located, affordable and clean accommodation.
The parking space was small, so I used a nearby parking lot, but it cost more after 12 hours. Parking is cheaper across the street, so use it.
This is a cost-effective accommodation within walking distance from Tenjin or Hakata.
The photo is of breakfast. The copy shop across the street serves bread, and it's worth a quick bite to eat with a cup of coffee. For a light meal.

The location is nice. Feel like not very clean. We booked a smoking room as no non-smoking room was left at that time. The smell was strong, so we bought an air freshener but it didn't help much.
