Hotel is a bit old n rooms r small, bath room perhaps need to be renovated .Staff services r very good, but strange that they make up rooms only from 9-1pm.

Okura is a long-established hotel in Japan, and its location and cleanliness are excellent. When checking in, an older waiter at the front desk seemed to not want to serve us and was very indifferent. My order was fully prepaid, but I was still asked for a credit card, and the waiter even wrote down my credit card information with a pen, which made me feel very unsafe. The waiter did not explain where the breakfast was, how to use the wifi, and what facilities the hotel had. Later I found out that the hotel did not have a public bath and that the swimming pool had to be charged extra, which was not as good as some 4-star hotels in Fukuoka. The breakfast was not bad, richer than the breakfast of ordinary Japanese hotels. Overall, it is just a name with a low cost performance.
