1. After checking in at night and going to the room, I found that the bathroom was locked (is this normal?)

Really really small. I changed hotel and didn't stay a single night. The bathroom has windows and you need to pull a blind to cover it but there are still gaps you can see through.

Most of the staff can speak English, and there are even staff who can speak simple Korean words! So it wasn’t difficult to check in! It was a very clean and well-located accommodation for the price!! Canal City was only a 5-minute walk away, and Hakata Station was only a 10-15 minute walk away, so it was great to walk around!! This hotel looks relatively new. It is next to the Hakata shopping center and is quite close to the subway station. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Don Quijote. It is also nice to walk slowly along the river.
One of their receptionists can speak Chinese. She is a girl from Northeast China. You can ask for directions and shopping places.
Some rooms may be along the road, so there is a little noise. The room decoration is relatively new and the facilities are complete.
