The stay was perfect! The location is (really) close to the train station and taxi stand, which makes traveling very easy. As well the area offers enough.
As an European, is English a common language to speak. I noticed that the staff doesn’t speak that well. Be patients on them, as they do so there best.

The hotel is super close with the JR Hakata Station. Classic interior but with a good quality. The key still normal keys, more spacious than common hotel in Hakata.

The location is excellent, as it is only 5 minutes from Hakata Station! There is a Lawson, Seven-Eleven, and Family Mart nearby, so you don't have to worry about anything happening in the middle of the night.
The building and rooms are a little old.
The visible area of the room is clean, but there was dust in the gap between the bed and the wall (I happened to see it).

The cleaning was fine. Unfortunately, there was no water in the refrigerator. I thought it was there on its own. The single room feels small even for one person. I think it would be best to get a quick sleep and leave early in the morning. The staff politely answered all my questions. I arrived around 2 o'clock, but check-in was at 3 o'clock! and punctuality. They kept my luggage.

The gothic interior is old-fashioned and above all, the location is the best!! Don't have a hard time finding it by looking at Google Maps. Just cross the street from the main gate of Hakata Station and walk straight. It takes about 3 minutes. Everyone, including the cleaning staff, was very attentive and friendly, which was nice, but the facilities and mattresses were a bit old, so please take note.
