酒店雖然位置良好，但服務不佳，下次應不會入住。
服務差的地方包括走廊不清理，房間沒有椅子，拙劣的check in 流程，以及所謂餐飲服務只不過是外判附近的餐廳而已。
自助check in 的流程有問題，既然到酒店前要輸入大量資料包括影印護照，為何到了酒店卻不能利用酒店發出的二維碼直接入住，又要重覆輸入資料包括再次影印護照，浪費了不少時間。還有那個自助check in 的機器是壞的，要前台職員用他的機器才能成功出房卡，這是一個完全失敗的流程。
所謂早餐服務其實是外判到附近的餐廳，沒有自助早餐，非常失望。外判服務有很多問題，員工只有2人，不能同時招待10多人，我們等餐超過30分鐘。外判餐廳服務時間太遲，七時半才開業，大大影響出門行程。
房間偏小，設備不足，沒有椅子或梳化。
走廊沒有人清潔，別的房間把食完的器具連食物殘渣擺在走廊，隔晚都沒有清走，影響衛生。
