I stayed alone in a double room for two (apparently)!
It was a double room and not a twin, so I felt it might be a little cramped for two people, but it was 8,000 yen per night, so I guess if two people stayed, it would be 4,000 yen per person? That seemed reasonable! ☆
The front desk staff were very polite, the room was clean, and it was a hotel I'd like to use again!
The location from the station was also great!

Shinshin Ramen, as other reviewers mentioned, is a 2-minute walk? It's on the street
It's nice that it's close to Tenjin Station and shopping malls and depar**ent stores, and Hakata Canal City is also great to walk to.
While walking through Canal City, you come across the Nakasu River Food Street, so it's nice to look around and have a drink after looking around Canal City.
And there is an izakaya right in front of the hotel, so you can order skewers and have a cold beer.
I also like that there is a large convenience store next to the hotel, so it is clearly visible at a glance.
When the depar**ent store has a closing sale, I like to buy a lot of good sushi for cheap and eat it.
I like that Hyotan Sushi is close by~
You have to go there before it opens and wait so you can go in and eat right after it opens.
I recommend going by at least 10:40 with safe bread.
We went around 10:40, waited, and ate as soon as it opened.
The line behind us was huge. Many local people came and waited to eat.
