I was afraid of the recent bedbug scare, so I checked every corner of the room as soon as I checked in.
The room was very clean, but there was a lot of snacks spilled on the sofa, so I asked them to clean it again.
The service after that was excellent, quick and polite, so I have no complaints, but I did give the cleanliness category two stars just in case.
It's close to Hakata Station and has spacious rooms, so you'll be more than satisfied with this inn.
I'd like to stay again.

10-minute walk from Hakata Station (I didn't know so I took a taxi at first, but it cost about 1,200 yen due to traffic congestion)
Close to 7-Eleven convenience store and close to New York Market.
There are udon restaurants nearby.
The facilities are very clean. However, one of the two mattresses was pressed and soft (I had back pain - it was the mattress on the right when seen from the living room).
The accommodation is quiet. No storage of luggage before check-in (use Hakata Station storage)

Of a hotel for westerners or anyone who can’t handle self serve hotels. You have to talk to an iPad in the lobby. Bad taxi directions by the iPad and add people is not easy to pay for. Finally a 10am checkout is earlier than any other place.
