Grand STAY Hakata Station North

Although it is a self-service system, I had trouble checking in and out. Perhaps because it is a foreign company, when I entered my reservation number and converted my name into kanji, it said there was no match, and although it said to scan a QR code, no QR code was sent when I made the reservation, so I was quite troubled. I was almost at the point where I couldn't check out properly and had to say goodbye. It would be helpful if they provided a manual or something in advance on how to enter check-in and check-out information. I was satisfied with the facilities in the room, including a drum washing machine and separate toilet and bathroom, which allowed me to take a long bath. It was also nice that there were plenty of electrical outlets. Now that I know how to check in, I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The location is relatively inconvenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Hakata Station. There are no subway or bus stops nearby, but the room is large and clean. There is a kitchen for self-catering. The CP value is high!

The service was very good with neat facilities, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I will definitely use it again when I travel to Fukuoka again!!

The room equipment is very high-end, including a washing machine with drying function, a projector, a microwave, a detailed shower head, and a very comfortable double bed. I am very satisfied with everything.

There must be a problem with the electrical system. Some days there is a phone call at 3 a.m., some days there is a fire alarm system at 2 a.m. and the sensor light system in the room turns on and off by itself even though no one walks by. The room has a lot of dust. The air conditioner has a bad smell. Looking into the air conditioner vent, there was a lot of dust gathering, very scary, like the air conditioner hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The head of the bed has a lot of dust.

It was nice because it was clean and quiet. It was even better because I could make simple meals. It was even nicer because I could use a washing machine to wash and dry towels and clothes. It was a shame that it was a bit far from Hakata Station.

It was great to stay with 3 people The facilities are clean and excellent. However, it is a bit of a walk from Hakata Station. I intend to visit again. Good.
