Very clean. Many restaurants nearby that open at night. Although a bit far away from the underground, I still think its location is convenient. The staffs are helpful and can communicate with us in English quite well. Overall, it is a good experience!

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Tenjin Station. And there are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Local people also like to go there for dinner and drinks too. We 3 people got a room with a bunk bed. The toilet and bathroom is designed for disabled people in which you may put a wheelchair for shower. The disadvantage is that when we take shower in the bathtub, the water splashes out to make half of the toilet wet. Others are fine. The toothbrush sets can be taken in the counter. We took a breakfast in the hotel on the final day. Taste ok and the dinner table surrounded by the books is excellent. Many local people are there!

Hotel facilities are very good, bath room is comparatively bigger than other similar price hotel, everything were self services but information and indication are clear, you won't feel that you get lost of caring. Room size is very tiny that match Japanese standard, you may have some trouble if your luggages is big. The location is excellent, you can reach subway, department store, food in few minutes.

The room is small, but cosy enough that everything you need are within reach. Placed between Akasaka, Tenjin and Minami-Tenjin station, all within a 15 minutes walk. Straight in the heart of Tenjin area, surrounded by eateries, you will not go hungry.

Cute hotel in a trendy part of the city. Only stayed for one night, but will stay again should the opportunity ever arise! Great concept for book lovers!

This is not a good experience and it is my first time to hear that 1 room 2 beds is not for 2 visitors. It’s extra charged 3600yen if the room allowed for 2 visitors. This is a ridiculous experience. In addition, the room is not have enough space to open the luggage box and it is too dusty too. A terrible experience.

The bathroom smells, the room is so small that two people have to miss each other. There is only one 34-40 cm aisle. The boxes have to be closed and placed against the door. To open the door, you have to close the box and move it away before you can open the door. I ordered 2 breakfasts, checked out at 10:00, and was told that the time ends at 9:30, so there is no breakfast. The first floor of this hotel is originally a small cafe with coffee and bread. I saw the chocolate croissant I ordered in the cabinet, but they didn't give it to us. At least give one to the child after the time. It's not that there is no bread, if there is none, it's not forced. Some are not given, garbage! There was difficulty in communication and I didn't say much to him. A young man handled it in the morning. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the subway station. It's very far to drag a suitcase. The surrounding area is messy with alleys and bars. For many reasons, I decisively canceled the reservation 3 days later and booked Mitsui Stay for more comfortable service! Poor experience, poor hotel! ! ! ! I took my children to Hakata Station to eat and catch the train with an empty stomach 🚄.

The hotel is very close to trendy brands, just around the corner. Walk to the department store in Tenjin, it only takes more than ten minutes. There are izakayas, convenience stores, and McDonald's nearby. Don’t be afraid of not being able to find something to eat. On rainy days, the hotel will place some umbrellas outside the hotel door for guests to use.

The atmosphere is very literary. The hotel is very clean. The bookstore cafe downstairs is very good, and coffee and snacks are available 24 hours a day! The coffee quality is very good! The staff are friendly and approachable. It can be improved slightly but there are not enough USB plugs. There is only one socket in the double room. No shower cap provided either. Other in-room facilities are excellent. The bathroom is especially big!
