The hotel was highly accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. It’s also a walkable distance to the hakata station. You may also easily find the parking slot next to the hotel.

A hotel located next to the canal city shopping mall , makes your shopping and dining so easy, walking distance to the canal and over look the scenic view of canal river side . For the golf lovers, there is a Alpen golf shop located on the 2nd floor, offer variety of golf apparel and latest golf equipment!

The hotel is conveniently located right beside the canal city mall, but it was actually quite a bit of outdoor walking distance from the subway station as the connecting bridge from the mall was closed for some reason. The hotel is very big and each floor has a very long corridor full of rooms. However, the facilities are quite old and the walls are paper thin, I can clearly hear people talking along the corridor. The room was also quite dated and small, and the toilet was really cramped even for 1 person. The bed was really comfortable though. I only stayed for 1 night which i think is more than enough to explore canal city and nearby areas.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is near Hakata Station. The room was much bigger than we expected, allowing us to move freely. The breakfast food choices, however, could be improved.

Room is small but well maintained, location is extremely convenient because the hotel is within the shopping mall. If you drive,, get the parking location from the hotel prior to visit because there is no foyer at the main entrance to unload your luggage.

地理位置很好，在運河城裡麪，吃東西和購物非常方便。走到最近的地鐵口幾分鐘，即使走到博多站也才十幾分鍾。
前台服務很熱情，問的問題都能得到答覆
酒店大堂和底樓走廊很氣派，但房間的大小和設施不能與之匹配。特別是衞生間，太小了，而且設施比較舊。
