Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor.

It's within walking distance from the train station. It's also very convenient to take the bus. The service is very good. Free luggage storage. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room facilities are very new. The room is very big. It's a great experience.

We had even to the Innsbruck hotel 3 years ago when major works were being carried out at the hotel .After recently going back to the hotel I have found it has become better .Our room was perfect breakfast was perfect and the staff very helpful nothing was to much for them .The bar teams were very good and would always serve bar snacks.The reception team were brilliant.They gave us advice ro the places we might like to visit.I will be recommending to all my friends and family .Summery. Very high quality at an affordable price

Atendimento muito bom e cordial. Quarto confortável, com linda vista dos Alpes e da cidade. Localização central, perto de tudo a pé - igrejas, restaurantes e praças. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. O restaurante italiano do hotel é muito bom e a comida é bem elaborada e gostosa. Se voltarmos a Insbruck, é neste hotel que ficaremos.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Hotel itself was really nice. Hotel staff was helpful when parking garage was full. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Great location for exploring and finding places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in the best location. Nice room. We had a Superior room. Very comfortable and enough room for all our stuff. Front desk stuff was awesome with directions and recommendations. If you are into Spa type stuff this is your hotel. The only negative i have is that the spa area has no AC, or at least it wasn't on. Breakfast is awesome. Great buffet or they will cook to order. I would just recommend you try to time around the large groups that stay there. The secret is the back elevator. One issue we had though is that the halls are dark and the lights turn on by motion censor. Sometimes they aren't fast enough. Also, there is a ridge or step coming out of the room to the hall and my wife tripped on it multiple times. Would definitely stay here again if in Innsbruck.
