A very good business hotel with very convenient transportation. There are three tram lines, Sobu Line, Tobu Line and Keisei Line, which are very convenient to get here from Narita Airport and to any place in Tokyo. It is recommended not to book breakfast, because this hotel always has only 4 breakfast sets. It is better to eat out, there are many choices and it is cheaper.

The location is convenient and all necessary facilities are available. Although the hotel is small, it has all the essentials.
However, the room has a peculiar smell. If you are very concerned about it, it is not recommended to stay.
There is a subway station/JR line downstairs, which is convenient for travel.
