The hotel was located in the perfect place to walk to all major destinations, catch a taxi or a bus. The hotel itself was fantastic. It was very clean, the room was beautiful. There was an amazing rooftop pool, but definitely not enough sun loungers. You need to get to the deck early in the day if you want hope of getting a lounger.

Great hotel in a great location. Room was very well decorated and the bed was super comfortable, the shower was also superb. Lovely helpful staff and rooftop was lovely with an amazing view of Funchal. Only criticism was there was no bin in the bathroom and the minibar was not refilled each day. But overall would highly recommend this hotel and would go back

A very well-located space with excellent service. The rooftop pool is very pleasant, and the room is very well-equipped. Special mention goes to the mattress, bedding, and pillows… WONDERFUL!

When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, they told me my room was ready and I could go in. The rooftop pool was very comfortable, with sunbeds available, so I could relax by swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying a drink from the bar. The staff were also very friendly and I was very satisfied. The location was also great, close to the cathedral. I would recommend it without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay in Funchal at this very well-located hotel, right in the heart of the city. The location is ideal: close to attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around so much easier.
From the moment we arrived, we received a truly warm welcome. The reception staff were professional, attentive, and always available to answer our questions. This made our arrival very reassuring.
Breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the day. There was a wide selection: pastries, fruit, cereals, hot dishes...
And I must mention one thing: the person who prepared the eggs in the morning was absolutely lovely.
